Patrick Patterson, President and Chief Executive Officer, has served as technical and procedural lead for the SITA/Equant IP Value Added Services PKI Implementation Team which was responsible for providing digital certification services to the FAA, IATA, the UN, and the REUTERS financial network. In addition, Patrick has been a Security Team lead for IBM Global Services, has successfully managed the Y2K transition for DPM Financial Services, and has acted in a consulting capacity on security and technical implementations for a variety of aerospace, communications, and Internet companies. He has successfully managed several consulting businesses in the past, although this is his most ambitious project to date.

Pierre Pavlenyi, Chief Operating Officer, is a professional engineer with twelve years experience in IT consulting. For six years, Pierre worked on high availability industrial computing platforms for manufacturing companies. In the last six years, Pierre has been with IBM Global Services as an IT consultant in IT Optimization.

Patrick Turcotte, Chief Technical Officer, has been working as an IT consultant for 5 years, mainly specializing in TCP/IP networks and UNIX systems. A professional engineer, he has specialized in network and systems security and in system administration. With experience in project management and solid communications skills, both in presentations and teaching, he can adequately perform in a variety of professional tasks.

Dave Coombs, Director of PKI Standards and Policy Development, has over 10 years of IT consulting and data security experience, with a BASc degree in computer engineering from the University of Waterloo and a penchant for starting companies. In his positions at companies such as RIM, Sybase, and NITI, Dave has gained experience in project management, implementation, and executive management. Dave is a well received public speaker with a dynamic and engaging personality, and he enjoys pie.

Vince Chiarelli, Director of Documentation Services, is a documentation specialist with a background in electronics with experience writing procedural, installation, and maintenance manuals. His areas of work have been within the aerospace industry, the financial sector, and in information technology. His specialties are contingency planning and disaster recovery. His most recent consulting work has been with GE-Honeywell, and Bombardier.
